The Power of Sound is described in Castaneda's work
as the Gait of Power and is used to alter states of
Consciousness - move the Assemblage Point.
Recollection is the Shamanic technology of releasing
foreign energy from others you have met back to them;
regaining lost Awareness or life force from these
Psychic Vampires in the process. This takes decades of
remembering every past event in your life so is not
possible for 21st Century Psi-Adept caught in the rat
race.
The PGs accelerate this process so it takes weeks not
decades.
Once you are free of foreign energy your LV Lucid
Dreaming becomes free of past obsession so you can wake
up in your altered states.
